Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Grip 360 Scraper Sander Kit, you may return it in new, unused condition within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify, all returns must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service team.
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@davistoolsystems.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Condition: Products must be in new, unused condition. Used or damaged items are not eligible for returns.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds and Credits
- Refund Amount: Refunds cover the purchase price of the product and applicable taxes. We do not refund shipping costs unless an error occurred on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items were shipped).
- Restocking Fees: Returns may incur a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee does not apply if the return is due to an error on our part.
- International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties, taxes, and customs charges.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your Grip 360 Scraper Sander Kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund. We will cover return shipping costs for verified claims.
Important Notes
- Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
- We cannot accept COD returns.
- Custom or special-order items, if applicable in the future, may have additional return restrictions.
