California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Policy for Davis Tool Systems

This California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) privacy policy (“CCPA Policy”) is included as part of Davis Tool Systems’ Privacy Policy and applies specifically to the personal information of California consumers as defined in the CCPA. If there is any conflict between this CCPA Policy and Davis Tool Systems’ general Privacy Policy, this CCPA Policy will take precedence only concerning California consumers and their personal information.

Davis Tool Systems does not sell your personal information. Your California Privacy Rights
Right to Know and Access
You may submit a verifiable request to obtain information regarding: (1) categories of personal information collected or disclosed; (2) purposes for collecting each category of information; (3) sources from which we collect personal information; and (4) specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you over the past twelve (12) months.
Right to Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of personal information we have collected and maintain about you, subject to certain legal exceptions. Once we verify your request and determine we are obligated to delete the information, we will proceed with deletion.
Verification
Requests for access to or deletion of personal information are subject to verification of your identity, in accordance with CCPA requirements, limitations, and regulations.
Nondiscrimination
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights.
Shine the Light
Davis Tool Systems does not rent, sell, or share your personal information with non-affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.
